The client needed to replace ad-hoc forms and email threads with a structured, auditable flow: pilots complete a standardized questionnaire, the system computes a Risk Level, and Flight HQ runs a shadow assessment before issuing a Final Report. We built Flight HQ — a role-based web platform that automates pre-flight risk assessment, shadow review, and final reporting.

Previously, Halo ran two separate platforms (technicians vs. clients), which caused confusing navigation and slowed improvements. We moved to a single platform with multiple roles. We designed operational UX and UI, implemented UI and backend architecture redevelopment from two platforms to a single, role-based. Users now get a clearer, faster interface.
