From Wireframing to a Finished E-commerce Platform
Wireframing
For complex e-commerce builds, we start with wireframes. They’re the most efficient way to align on the site’s UX with the client — producing a low-effort visual artifact for discussion.

UI Design
We architected the UI with a mobile-first mindset: layouts start on small screens and scale up, with thumb-reachable patterns throughout. So the interface feels native on mobile and efficient on desktop.

SEO and Analytics
We built the semantic core from scratch, provided structural recommendations for client, and optimized on‑page tags. We prepared analytics instrumentation so tracking would work correctly at and after launch.

Fragment of semantic core: key phrases
Development
We engineered the store on a modular PHP e-commerce stack with clean separations for catalog, search, cart/checkout, and CMS. Result: a maintainable e-commerce foundation that’s fast, secure, and easy for the client to operate day-to-day.

Quality Assurance
All functional, performance, and cross-browser test suites passed before go-live.
120 defects identified — 100% resolved pre-launch, zero known blockers
Risks & How We Mitigated Them
Missing the deadline
Mitigation. We fixed a short, weekly milestone rhythm and only moved forward after each milestone was approved.
Decision bottleneck. Design/dev blocks while waiting for feedback
Mitigation. We booked fixed review windows and applied a “silent approval after 48 hours” rule for non-critical items.
Team member unavailability. A key designer or developer becomes unavailable
Mitigation. We kept specs and demo recordings up to date and assigned a backup owner for each critical area.
Compliance & Security
Results
DSC went from no website to a modern, mobile-responsive e-commerce platform. It offers online purchasing and a catalog of 5,700+ SKUs to customers worldwide.
