We built Mycar.kz — a mobile-first classifieds marketplace with one-click contact, on-site loan applications, advanced filters, and dealer quick-sale requests. Delivered from scratch in six months.

Mycar Group is a nationwide automotive platform in Kazakhstan, uniting car sales, trade-in, financing, and servicing under one brand. The task was to create a marketplace from scratch and make it accessible to all car owners and buyers in Kazakhstan.

Branding for client

Structure of our product team for this project
We mapped audiences and core tasks, then defined clear sections: Home, Catalog/Search, Sell, Finance/Loans, Profile.
We designed fast filters, preview cards with key specs, and comparison-friendly listings so many offers can be scanned without opening each card.

User-friendly Catalog
Sellers add photos and video; previews stay visible without stealing space; video adapts to the device ratio and loads quickly.

Sellers can demonstrate their cars as clearly as possible
Users can apply for financing on the site, and sellers can submit quick-sale requests to dealers via an online form.

A quick calculation of car loans
We shipped apps with profile sync and a shared design system, ensuring parity with the web experience.

iOS and Android apps
Kubernetes-based microservices keep integrations isolated, scalable, and resilient under load; each service has its own admin and can evolve independently.
We prepared the site for promotion from day one (technical SEO and content workflows), which helped it quickly rank for targeted queries.
All functional, performance, cross-browser, and mobile test suites passed before launch; listings, search, media, and finance flows were validated end-to-end.

Mobile version for Catalog
Ownership was handed over with admin guides and SOPs; the client’s team was trained across web CMS, moderation, and app workflows.
Mitigation. We fixed a short, weekly milestone rhythm and only moved forward after each milestone was approved.
Mitigation. We booked fixed review windows and applied a “silent approval after 48 hours” rule for non-critical items.
Mitigation. We kept specs and demo recordings up to date and assigned a backup owner for each critical area.
A scalable, mobile-first marketplace launched in six months, bringing 30,000+ fresh listings (≤ 14 days) online, with on-site financing, dealer quick-sale, and fast search — across web and apps backed by a resilient microservice stack.
