We developed a mobile marketplace for tokenized real estate investment — from Discovery to MVP in under five months.
Mareluzo is a UAE-based startup that identified an opportunity: the Emirates had legalized crypto contracts for real estate.
The founders had deep expertise in UAE real estate law but needed an expert in blockchain and mobile development.
The niche was new, competitors were just emerging, and the window to capture market share was open — so we had to move fast.
Before development started, we spent a full month on analysis.
We validated the client's mockups, documented functional requirements, and conducted integration research for the blockchain layer, KYC provider, and payment system.
This upfront work meant developers never hit a task without clear specs.
The mobile app was built with Flutter. It was chosen because there was no need to develop separate apps — one for iOS and another for Android. Flutter is a cross-platform framework, which saves time and reduces costs.
The app covers property browsing with filters and sorting, investor onboarding, identity verification (via SumSub), property detail pages, token purchases, and personal investor accounts.
Deep linking via AppsFlyer connects marketing campaigns directly to specific screens within the app.
The backend handles business logic, user management, property data, and orchestrates all third-party integrations.
Built on Python and FastAPI with PostgreSQL, it powers both the mobile app and the admin panel.
Stripe integration handles fiat payment processing for token purchases.
The platform issues security tokens for accredited investors with on-chain KYC and compliance built on the T-REX protocol and OnchainID.
When an investor purchases a share of a property, the system generates tokens in the Ethereum network — functioning the same way as buying Bitcoin or Ether, but representing a real estate asset.
A separate admin panel built with FastAPI gives the Mareluzo team full control over property listings, investor data, and platform operations.
Testing covered mobile (Firebase + TestFlight), backend API, and the integration layer between all third-party services.
Because the product deals with real money and identity checks, we focused heavily on QA in the KYC and payment flows.
Infrastructure runs on AWS.
CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and deployment automation ensure the team can ship updates fast and keep the platform stable as it moves from soft launch toward full release.
The MVP was delivered on schedule and is now ready to collect initial feedback.
The platform enables accredited investors in the UAE to browse real estate listings, pass KYC, and purchase security tokens backed by property assets — all within a mobile app.
